All Australia wide orders are $9.95 for Regular Post and will arrive in 3-5 business days. Express Post is $11.50 and takes 1-3 business day. Both options include tracking. Orders will not be sent on weekends and may take up to 3 days to be dispatched during busy periods.
International shipping DOES NOT have tracking and tracking is an extra $7 at the buyers expense, it can be ordered and paid for at the checkout. It usually takes 5 - 10 business days to arrive overseas (we're based in Australia). Customs & import duties are buyers responsibility. Express Postage is available at $42.00 (we would love for this to be a lot lower, but Postage Charges are out of our control).

Flare Street will gladly exchange your item for another. Price differences and all postage costs must be paid by the customer.
Refunds are subject to the item being returned in it's original condition. Worn merchandise cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees and contact must be made within 4 days of receiving the goods. Goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase for Domestic orders and 30 days for International orders, for a full refund to be honoured.
Refunds will be processed once the goods are received and assessed. After the outlined days, if the goods have not been returned to us, you will then be offered an extra 14 day period for an exchange or store credit. After 21 days have passed, any item cannot be returned or exchanged. We regret we cannot refund any postage costs.
Allow up to 7 days for the refund payment to be processed. Refunds are only able to be returned via the same method of payment. Contact us for the return shipping address.
**Ensure you have your name, order number and reason for returning included in your package with your returned item (items will not be refunded without these details). **
There are no returns on sale items, discounted items or items purchased at Pop-Up Shops, our Studio or market stalls - all sales are final.
We ask that your emails regarding returns and refunds are polite, we will be in touch with you as soon as possible. Note that there are busier times of the year, and replies may take a day or two. Please direct your emails to firstname.lastname@example.org
Pre-Sale orders will be dispatched when they're made and ready to ship. If there is a date on the product listing, you will have it by then. If not, then you are securing your item and size but we can not guarantee a delivery date. By purchasing a pre-order item, the buyer is agreeing this - to wait for the product to printed, made and sent.
Issue's with pre-order's can be directed to email@example.com and an exchange or store credit can be organised in lieu of the pre-order item if there are any issues with our manufacturing timeframes.
AfterPay, Zip Pay & Sezzle Returns
If you purchased using AfterPay, Zip Pay, Sezzle or any other part-payment platform you are welcome to return any full priced item within 14 days of delivery for Flare Street store credit only.
This will be received in the form of a voucher sent to your provided email address.
Please note, your personal agreement with Afterpay & Zip Pay will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments. Flare Street is unable to offer partial refunds/store credits. The store credit will be for the total value of the item(s) returned.
