Blue midnight velvet flares are a velvet lovers dream and they're finally back! The velvet we work with is super-velvet and is a soft, non-crushed, deep blue velvet. They're super soft and contain a lot of stretch and amazing flow of the flare. They are soft to wear and perfectly flared for any season!
