We’re all forever entranced by Penny Lane in Almost Famous, right? Well, that curly haired blonde was in fact loosely inspired by Bebe Buell... the fabulous lady who is next up in our 'Babe's Who Inspire Us' series!
Bebe referred to herself as “a patron of the arts” and lived her life among the stars. She cosied up with Mick Jagger, Iggy Pop, David Bowie and Jimmy Page and Todd Rundgren and Steven Tyler just to name a few...
Described as “The Most Beautiful Groupie in The World” her style during her time in the limelight was what we would now consider to be classic rock inspired glam, complete with feathered fringe.
Whether she was in a tied up band tee and high waist denim jeans, or a classic Penny Lane coat, she was always electric and eclectic in her outfit choices!
